        My story of living in the United States of America, my loving family, and my bonding friends, loving kids, and caring coworkers, and brave and loving boyfriends, ex-husband. In the country where I was raised, we are color blind to race; we share and help each other out, and we rely on each other, we struggle together. This government gave the Americans with Disability Act due to their injustice and accountability for reforms of laws. "This government will never deny your mental disability," stated Donald J. Trump in 2017. My struggle with abuse of power "cruel, inhuman, torture, degrading treatment," it was a battles in emergency rooms, hospitals, pressures lasting weeks, medical bills, and unable to study or work,  wire oral electronic communication is too loud makes unable to sleep, and to find out in law does not even relate to me. The USA allows you to sue for their misconduct and accountable. Protecting your long-term benefits and assets, and family. The U.S. government sues our U.S. government. The U.S. Government is guilty for abuse of power, torture of" non-criminal like me for many years.

So as a victim, I started litigating in many courts in the U.S., all different jurisdictions, Superior Courts, Federal Courts, and Appeal Courts, and United States of Supreme Courts of United States my victim compensation was denied in truth. 

The United Nations Convention offers in peace-making alternative dispute resolution to Article VIII International Law Violation Article 1, 2, and 14 at the International Criminal Court or International Justice Court

      The USA has a U.S. Mutual Defense Treaty contracts with military bases in about 50 countries such as Japan, India, Taiwan, Thailand, Australia, Hawaii, United Kingdom, and Germany, and the Republic of the Philippines, San Diego, Atlanta, Saudi Arabia etc.  The Republic of the Philippines and the United States of America will be collecting silent victim compensation under Police Accountability, Corruption, and "Cruel Inhuman Torture, Degrading Treatment." To donate any amount $1 to $1,000.00, up etc, or any currency, against abuse of power, "excessive force" is your own free will to donate, doing what is right and can't go wrong. UNITED NATIONS CONVENTION PEACE MISSION ADR MEDIATION PCA

The USA has established Police Accountability Reforms​ with the United Nations Convention to the States Parties. The USA has U.S mutual defense treaty contracts in bases, bilateral U.S. Treaty Investment Republic of the Philippines, etc. The USA has held Federal Police Accountability for many incidents, such as "abuse of power," or neglected investigations, or corruption, disorderly misconduct, The people and U.S. Government officials, retirees, ADA disability, active duty, non-governmental, inmates, non-criminals, U.S citizens, immigrants with dual citizenship, tourists,  are all victims of abuse of power, "Cruel Inhuman Degrading Treatment Punishment." victim compensation has been denied to all. The USA has a contract with the United Nations Convention Organization agreement, the UN Convention offers assistance in peace-making.   

This is a violation of VIII International law Article 1,2, 14 denying victim compensation. UNODC will offer UN Legal Representative and 47th President Donald J. Trump, The White House Executive Order 14311 ​Special Peace Missions. No conflicts, No war.​

        President Donald J. Trump Executive Order 14311

By the authority vested in me as President by the Constitution and the laws of the United States of America, it is hereby ordered:

Section 1. White House Office for Special Peace Missions. In order to assist in bringing about the end of conflict and strife around the world, the Office for Special Peace Missions is hereby established within the White House Office. The Office for Special Peace Missions shall be headed by a Special Envoy for Peace Missions, who shall be appointed by the President. The Special Envoy for Peace Missions shall advance efforts aimed at ending ongoing conflicts abroad, and shall work towards these ends in coordination with the Department of State, the Department of Defense, and all other relevant executive departments and agencies.
